Today’s guided meditation will help you with stress and anxiety. Presented by Jessica Richburg, it is just 15 minutes and can be done anywhere, just not while driving! Listen to it on the bus, during a break at work, or whenever you need to release stress and anxiety from your mind and body.

Richburg’s channel specializes in short, 10-25 minute yoga exercises, including a gentle seated video for beginners and all levels. If stress and anxiety are affecting you, try a short stretching session. Keep your mind on how your body feels and gently push away thoughts and any inner critic or internal narrator. Remember to breathe slowly and deeply while stretching and feel those muscles release their tension!
