    Thank you for sharing the morning meditations. Do you have a particular site you like to find them or have you considered making your own? I think finding the best meditation can be tough. I have been looking on my Hay House Empower You app for a few years and still haven’t found one I return to often.

      Hi Jaime, great question! I use the Calm app myself. I love Tamara Levitt’s voice and I find her daily lessons very helpful. For my blog I usually just search on YouTube and check out guided meditations there. I think for beginners guided meditation, whether using the Hay House app, Daily Calm, or YouTube, is the easiest entry into daily meditation. I wish these resources had been around when I had a 30-45 minute commute by bus in Seattle! I’m not comfortable with my own voice, but have told it is fine, so I may start doing my own guided meditations at some point. Thank you for the suggestion!
