This week’s oracle card is “Be Without Malice” from the Messenger Oracle. This hits me spot on as I am in a rather trollish mood this Sunday afternoon.

Be Without Malice

Be Without Malice

“You have been hurt, disrespected or disappointed by others. Another has let you down or betrayed you. It is normal and natural to experience feelings of anger, hurt and disappointment. To feel any and all emotion is natural, but you have choice always in how you respond. Do not allow your hurt to become a source of infection. Acknowledge it. Learn from it and your experiences, and then let the anger, hurt and disappointment go. Do not allow them to inspire retaliatory acts born of malice or spite.”

My case is rather minor. I play an online word game and my handle includes the phrase “No Chat”.  I find that men challenge me to a game and then commence chatting. If I don’t respond they just quit the game, which is a bummer because I like to play. I usually ignore the chat messages, but one guy actually played three turns, left eleven messages, and then rage-quit because I wouldn’t chat with him. He said some pretty nasty things just because I wouldn’t engage with him.

I’d had enough and planned to screenshot his chats and show them on Twitter.  Then I pulled this card. You know what? Not responding is probably the best thing I can do. These guys hate to be ignored, so ignoring them, not even reading their messages, is enough. Any action I take is just pure malice on my part and gives these anonymous losers power over me. I won’t allow that.

After all, other than being inconvenienced because they quit the game, I’m not suffering at all. In fact, I laugh when I see how many messages they leave.

So look at the little things in your life. Where are you using malice to punish people?

What Clients are Saying about Sophrosyne Tarot

I was advised to ask open-ended questions instead of predictive questions which I thought was helpful because I never would have known if it weren’t for the reader. The reader provided the reading along with some advice too so the entire reading was very thorough and explained in an understandable manner.

Everything said was accurate and helpful for me to identify my flaws in order to grow as a person. I have learned a lot about tarot and what it does to help me.
